    Slab
A slab door has the appearance of a solid piece of wood, with no raised or recessed profile. It is typically used in contemporary designs, offering clean, sleek lines.

    Recessed Panel
A flat panel is held between the stiles and rails similar to a picture frame. This style is often used in contemporary, transitional, and traditional applications dependent upon the many different edge designs and moldings available.

    Raised Panel
A raised panel consists of a center panel that is raised above or even with the door frame. The raised panel can have several shapes. Several edge designs and molding are available with a raised panel door. This style is typically traditional.
